Our mission is to deliver healthy food to the people who are in need within our communities in Western Australia, in the most efficient and effective way possible. In December 2022 we reached 1225 individual member which is massive increase from our 109 members back in May 2022. Happy Pantry – BCS Inc. wants to continuously support families with low income, families with additional expenses due to Ill health or disability, extended families, foster families, seniors, families struggling with high cost of rent or mortgages, and to also reduce landfill for a better sustainable future. We can only do this by the generosity of our wonderful Local Partners, Volunteers and Community Support.
Over the past 8 months we have been able to feed over 6075 people directly from this property. Our volunteers have donated 2653 hours of their time since June to help with the running and operations of this Charity and we thank you all for your hard work. In November and December alone, we had some 18,787 kilos of produce come through Happy Pantry. We have seen an increase of companies donating supplies and an increase in our not-for-profit organisations who pick up food for their members.

Now a view to the future,
Happy Pantry is a unique charity, in that we deal directly with the public and do not require any proof of hardship from its members, because of this, we look forward to finding government support for the funds we need to employ full time staff who can support our goals and help the community as times get tougher on the families and individuals. Happy Pantry depends heavily on our generous volunteers and committee members to make this happen.
